How do I use the Compliance Dashboard to earn my last 10 QI Points for MOCA® 2.0? – Orbit Guide

All done with QI Points. This is what it looks like to be all done with QI Points in Orbit, including your last 10 QI Points.

The Compliance Dashboard is an ABA-compliant QI Activity that earns you the last 10 QI points.

1. Sign up for any Orbit Anesthesiology plan if you haven't already.

2. Access your Compliance Dashboard from the Earn tab

Go to your Earn tab on your desktop or the Orbit CME iOS app .

3. Set your 10-year cycle due date

If you don't remember it, you can look up when your 10-year cycle expires.

All cycles expire Dec 31, so the computer will auto-correct to Dec 31 of the year you choose
Select a 10-year cycle due date that is not in the past
Look up your 10-year cycle expiration if you aren't sure what it is

4. Bring all of your credit goals to 100% completion

You can do this in two ways:

(A) Read and tag articles. Read freely by searching PubMed (free and comprehensive) while logged into Orbit, and read abstracts on relevant topics. Focus on tagging articles with the topic tags that are not yet complete on your Compliance Dashboard.

Advanced Tip: You can also search Google directly instead of PubMed; abstracts and papers from the major anesthesiology journals are also eligible, as well as NEJM, JAMA, etc.

(B) Post other CME. Click on "Post other CME" from your Earn tab on desktop or our iOS app. Upload your certificate for the CME activity, fill out the correct number of credits, date the credits were earned, and select the topic tag that you want to apply.

Selecting the amount of credit, date of activity, and topic tag is critical, because Orbit Compliance uses this information to recompute your credit goals.

5. Unlock your bonus 10 QI Points

Once all of your credit goals are 100% complete, your 10 QI Points bonus is ready to be unlocked.

Click on the blue Unlock button to release the last 10 QI Points, which will auto-sync to the ABA on the coming Tuesday (usually posting to your ABA portal by end of week, barring holiday schedules at the ABA).

What if I'm audited?

Because Orbit is accepted for QI Points by the ABA, and your credits auto-sync to the ABA, there is no additional auditing required for these credits. 🎉
