If your total number of CME credits you have earned is not correct based off the number of credits you redeemed with Orbit, you need to change the date range on your submit tab. If your 'from date' is not in the future then any credits you have redeemed after this date will not be shown in your total CME number in the 'Track' section.
For example, if your 'from date' is set as 9/30/21 and today is 10/1/21, any credits you redeemed on 10/1/21 would not be accounted from in your total.
To avoid missing credits select a 'from date' that is far in the future such as 3 months from now to ensure all credits you have just redeemed are accounted for.
