Nebraska state CME Requirements

In Nebraska, physicians are required to complete 50 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™  every 2 years as follows.

Topic	Credits	Details
General	50 credits every 2 years	Category 1
Opioid prescription	3 credits every 2 years	Required for physicians who prescribe controlled substances  One half hour must cover Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs (PDMPs)
