How to activate your subscription

How do you switch from trial mode to an active subscription? When you sign-up for an Orbit subscription plan, you are first placed in trial mode which only allows you to redeem 0.5 credits. (This is so you can test out the Google Chrome extension or iOS app and determine if you want to continue to earn your CME credits this way before paying for the subscription.).

Here's what your Subscription View looks like when you're in trial mode:

To redeem the rest of the credits in your subscription plan, you will need to activate your subscription. Scroll down from your Subscription View to find the "Start Subscription" button in the Payment Information section, outlined in this screenshot:

When you activate your subscription, this is when your credit card is charged. The full number of CME credits in your subscription plan are then added to your account, so you can get started right away.

Bottom Line

To activate your subscription head to your Subscription View and scroll down to the payment information section and select "Start Subscription".
