You're clicking "Generate PDF" on your Orbit Transcript view, and nothing happens. This is likely because Google Chrome's built-in pop-up blocker blocked your PDF window from opening in a new tab.
When you click "Generate PDF", look for the pop-up blocker notifications in the red boxes below. Click on the pop-up blocker picture in the search bar. This will bring up a box shown in the second screenshot below and change your settings to "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://orbitcme.com".
After you complete these pop-up blocker settings, click "Generate PDF" again, and your PDF will appear in a new tab.
